I wasn’t a millionaire.

I wasn’t a finance guru. 

I was just someone who believed that property could change my future — and decided to find out if I was right.

I was working as a realtor in New York City at the time, soaking up everything I could about real estate and what it really means to build long-term wealth. And then I stopped watching from the sidelines and bought my first investment property – Minutes from Manhattan, NYC – 27 W 4th Street.

That decision changed everything. 

Fast forward to today — I’m living in Australia, juggling a full-time Queensland Government job, being a full-time parent, and somehow, somewhere in between all of that… building a property portfolio and helping others do the same.

And I’m not doing it alone.
